BGS does not guarantee exact color matching between digital screens and printed products.

BGS will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery timelines; however, delivery dates are estimates only.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold BGS harmless against any claims arising from the use of such materials.

BGS does not assume responsibility for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer-supplied content.

9. Limitation of Liability
